The film making team of Todd and Olivia Bull first came together when they met in a California North Coast high school drama class. Though they went their separate ways after graduation, their paths remained parallel for years and they kept in touch through mutual friends.
Decades later, a chance meeting brought them together again, and they’ve been crafting edgy tales of hot blooded humanity ever since.
Todd is a veteran of over fifty dramatic productions, both as a performer and director. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University.
Todd and his creative wife Olivia are the co-founders of Circle B Productions. They wrote and produced the short film Flight of the Heron, an official selection of the 20th Annual A Place Called Sacramento Film Festival.
Bringing this poignant story to the screen meant orchestrating a cast and crew of more than a hundred people in the tiny town of Locke, California.
Todd has written several feature scripts with Olivia, including Fawn’s Justice, involving a Tolowa Indian FBI agent, Singlewide Pride, a crime drama involving a marijuana heist and real estate fraud, and “The War of Wills,” a cross-country epic set against the sweeping backdrop of the Civil War. All have won laurels in multiple film festivals.
Olivia is a published author with more than a hundred non-fiction book and audio titles on the market and in libraries nationwide. She is also a veteran voice over talent, audio producer and director with a career spanning more than two decades, embracing both coasts.
Olivia directed the short film Flight of the Heron, which she co-wrote with Todd. The film is an official selection of the 20th Annual A Place Called Sacramento Film Festival. Besides Director, she also served as the film’s Editor and Music Supervisor.
Her additional screenwriting work with Todd includes Singlewide Pride, Wounded Knees and The War of Wills.
